My Little Portal- Fan Animation By Christian Cerda
Justin Kok designed an image that was chosen to become part of a fan animated series on YouTube that is a crossover between the Canadian-animated television show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and the video games Half-Life 2 and Portal 2. My Little Portal, the series in question, is an ongoing series that takes you along the adventure as Twilight Sparkle awakens in the Equestria Laboratories science facility, and is guided to test by a malevolent artificial intelligence known as Discord, made after a chaotic entity of the same name. Follow her on her adventure as she uncovers the dark truth of what has happened and how she had ended up there in the first place. Episode 6 of the series is currently under development, the five prior episodes are all available to watch on YouTube.
For Episode 6, as well as Episode 5, creator and animator Christian Cerda held a contest in which anybody could submit an image, under certain specs that usually involved each person's own Original Character (Abbreviated as OC) and a character from the series in a situation from any video game. Specifically, for the Episode 6 contest, the game involved had to have been under the Sci-Fi category. Student Justin Kok submitted an image to said contest, and was one of the chosen winners. His image is displayed above.
